With your
purchase of any Pricing Plan noted above, a Reliable PC Technician will
install Reliable PC Online Back-Up Solutions software, configure your
Online Back-Up to your specifications, test and monitor your Online
Back-Up service for the first thirty days to assure your data is
properly backing up.

| A one-time
$75.00 setup fee is invoiced at the time of installation. |

The amount of storage needed on the vault is
after compression. With average compression ratios around 3:1,
300MB of storage can hold close to 1GB of user data.

Includes storage, technical support, and limited
technical assistance during any data recovery process (if needed).

Monthly cost
will be calculated based on the base minimum monthly commitment plus
actual storage used on the billing date.
