Backups are configured to run automatically at any or multiple times each day or night. Several backup sets can be configured and customized to run on different schedules. Your initial backup will compress, securely encrypt and backup every selected file to a secure data center via 448-bit Blowfish encryption. Subsequent backups are performed incrementally - meaning only the changes made to the files are sent to the backup server. Incremental backups greatly reduce storage requirements and Internet bandwidth, thus optimizing backup times and server storage space.

Once installed, Reliable PC Backup can be configured with which files and folders you want backed-up. File selection can be accomplished by utilizing the Windows Explorer-like client user interface, pre-built downloadable filters, or the easy to use Filter Wizard.

Once a full backup has been performed, only the changed data needs to be sent; much like your email. Our service utilizes the latest in backup technology that allows you optimize the speed and size of your backup sets. It’s called “binary patching”. Simply put, If only 1 kilobyte of data has actually changed in the file, then only a 1-kilobyte patch is extracted for backup thus eliminating the overhead imposed by older technologies.

Initial Set Up Pricing:

With your purchase of any Pricing Plan noted above, a Reliable PC Technician will install Reliable PC Online Back-Up Solutions software, configure your Online Back-Up to your specifications, test and monitor your Online Back-Up service for the first thirty days to assure your data is properly backing up.

A one-time $75.00 setup fee is invoiced at the time of installation.

• The amount of storage needed on the vault is after compression.  With average compression ratios around 3:1, 300MB of storage can hold close to 1GB of user data.

• Includes storage, technical support, and limited technical assistance during any data recovery process (if needed).

• Monthly cost will be calculated based on the base minimum monthly commitment plus actual storage used on the billing date.
